By scheduling and participating in a consultation, clients acknowledge that they are paying for professional time, knowledge, analysis, and guidance.

Document Preparation Services

Fees paid for document preparation services are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

This is because substantial time and effort may be invested in reviewing ownership information, developing strategies, preparing documents, and providing support.

No Guarantee of Results

Every timeshare ownership situation is unique.

While our strategies are based on industry experience and have assisted many owners in pursuing cancellation, we cannot guarantee specific results, timelines, acceptance by any resort, or cancellation approval.

Case-by-Case Review

We understand that unusual circumstances may arise.

If a client believes a refund should be considered, they may submit a written request explaining the situation.

Refund requests will be reviewed individually based on factors such as:
