My name is Wayne C. Robinson, and unlike most people in the timeshare cancellation industry, I spent more than 15 years working inside the timeshare business itself.

During my career, I worked in timeshare sales, marketing, and contracts throughout the United States, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean. I held positions ranging from sales representative to contracts specialist and management. I saw firsthand how the industry operates, how owners are sold, and what happens after the sale is completed.

For many years, I believed I was helping families create memorable vacations. However, I also discovered something that troubled me. Many owners eventually found themselves trapped in timeshares they no longer wanted, could no longer afford, or simply no longer used.

As maintenance fees increased and personal circumstances changed, many owners began asking a simple question:

“How do I get out of my timeshare?”

Unfortunately, many were told they had no options.
